Westside Sparkling, launched in 2021 by four Californian friends and vintners – Lise Asimont, Shawn Philips, Monica Lopez, and Francisco Lopez – is a vibrant collection of sparkling wines stemming from their shared passion and camaraderie. The team, who met and bonded in their shared tasting room at Bacchus Landing, brings their rich winemaking backgrounds into this venture; with Lise and Shawn behind the Pinot Noir-centric Dot Wine, and Monica and Francisco at the helm of Aldina Vineyards, known for its refined Cabernet Sauvignon. Their serendipitous meeting sparked the creation of Westside Sparkling, a homage to their initial encounter at Bacchus Landing on Westside Road, Healdsburg, CA. Westside Sparkling embodies their collective aim to enrich moments with loved ones, delivering world-class wines meant to inspire great experiences among friends and family.
